Walcott Interview

We caught up with Theo Walcott last night to get his reaction on being left out of the squad and were surprised to find the reason wasn't football related.

"The boss said I didn't fit in with the rest of the guys because I was too nice and they couldn't relate to me. I've tried my best. I heard JT and Ash talking about roasting the other day, so I gave them my mum's fantastic roast chicken recipe, but that just seemed to make things worse."

We asked if that was that the only reason he was given. "No, there was also a the diving. Wazza and Stevie were holding a masterclass on how to fall over a blade of grass and I just couldn't get my head around it."

It looks like Theo has a lot to learn before he can get back into this England squad.
